5.2 Deposit Requirements

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 User-Initiated Closure

Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance subject to standard withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements. Accounts closed at the User's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to agam69's approval and completion of enhanced verification procedures.

10.2 agam69-Initiated Suspension

10.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all active bonuses and promotional credits shall be forfeited. Winnings derived from bonus abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions may be voided and withheld.
